I have practical experience of teaching children both in a peripatetic environment in one-on-one teaching as well as group work. I do this in local schools and from my home in Green End, Comberton.

• In addition to Piano, I teach Recorder to groups, and also have taught Theory of Music to both children and adults.
• For over ten years I have assisted the local primary school with all their Choir and Orchestra rehearsals.
• I have over five years experience in training/conducting an adult choir in CCS and I currently deputise as conductor in an active adult/child Church Choir.
• I have taught all seven children of one family from pre-school to university.

I am currently working with Yamaha Music Schools UK to teach a junior music course which is the only one being run as a pilot scheme in Cambridgeshire.

This will allow any child to learn music in a structured but extremely fun way including learn to sing in tune and basic keyboard skills.
